Man charged with mowing down nun in Harlem: I was not behind wheel

The man charged with mowing down a beloved nun in Harlem said Thursday he wasn’t behind the wheel – it was a third, unidentified suspect. “I just want to own up to what I did, the robbery,” Dyson Williams said yesterday in a jailhouse phone call to the Daily News.

“They’re telling me I got to take 40 years for this… That’s not the time I should be doing,” he said. “I owned up to the robbery I committed, but they’re trying to blame me for her murder.”
